At The Heartfelt Gift, each item is made-to-order with care. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our process and estimated delivery times.
Order Processing Time
All items are crafted after your order is placed.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your item is shipped.
(Weekends and holidays are not included in processing time.)
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We ship all orders via USPS Standard Shipping.
- Estimated delivery time after production: 3–7 business days
- Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–12 business days
Shipping Cost
We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States—no minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.
US Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including APO/FPO military addresses.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address submissions.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for:
- Packages lost in transit by the carrier
- Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received (possible theft)
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by USPS, responsibility transfers to the customer.
For such issues, we recommend contacting USPS directly or using a secure delivery address.
