1. When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your item has shipped.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing your order shortly after it's placed, so changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@theheartfeltgift.com.
4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Return/Refund Policy for full details.
5. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also check the status through your account or here.
7. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future!
8. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we proudly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS. Although these are considered domestic shipments, a customs form is still required due to their overseas locations. Please ensure the address is entered correctly, following the military mailing format. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
